    Yes, office spaces are available at rates ranging from $16–$19 per square foot annually. Additional office services and amenities can be customized within your lease terms.

  • What is the minimum lease term for warehouse space?

    Typically, we offer lease terms starting at a minimum of 30 days. However, weekly arrangements are possible on request, subject to adjusted pricing.

  • Are there any additional charges beyond basic storage costs?

    Yes, additional charges may apply for secured/fenced areas, parking, garbage removal, weekend access, internet services, and dedicated docks. Forklift services are available at $45/hour with your authorized driver, or $75/hour including our driver.  These rates may change from the ones posted in this FAQ. Please inquire.  

  • What items are prohibited from storage at 700 King Edward?

    We comply strictly with MSDS guidelines and insurance requirements. Generally prohibited items include hazardous materials and cannabis products. Specific restrictions are determined during lease negotiations.
